Nick Bockwinkel inducted into the Kocosports Combat Sports Hall of Fame

Nicholas Warren Francis “Nick” Bockwinkel (December 6, 1934 – November 14, 2015) was an American professional wrestler. He was best known for his appearances with the Minneapolis, Minnesota-based American Wrestling Association (AWA) from 1970 to 1987, where he held the AWA World Heavyweight Championship on four occasions and the AWA World Tag Team Championship on three. Bockwinkel was recognised for his exceptional technical wrestling ability and mastery of in-ring psychology. Kyle Dake inducted into the Kocosports Combat Sports Hall of Fame

Kyle Dake is an American former collegiate wrestler at Cornell University. He won four NCAA Division I national titles. With his fourth title in 2013, he joined Cael Sanderson and Pat Smith as the only four-time NCAA champions. The feat was later matched again by Logan Stieber. He won the 141 pound weight class as a freshman in 2010, the 149 pound class in 2011, the 157 pound class in 2012, and the 165 pound class in 2013 defeating David Taylor, the defending champion and 2012 Dan Hodge Trophy winner. Chōjun Miyagi (宮城 長順 Miyagi Chōjun, April 25, 1888—October 8, 1953) was an Okinawan martial artist who founded the Goju-ryu school of karate by blending Okinawan and Chinese influences. Early life and training Miyagi was born in Higashimachi, Naha, Okinawa on April 25, 1888. Miyagi began his study in Karate-do at the age of nine (or fourteen).
