After a meeting with Ken Hershman, Marco Huck and his team are confident that the standout cruiserweight titleholder will soon be seen on HBO in the United States, with¬†Hershman saying that Huck’s action style could make him a star in the States.

Huck (37-2-1, 26 KO) has been a top cruiserweight for the past five years, and also had a one-off heavyweight bout against Alexander Povetkin in 2012. Though smaller than Povetkin, Huck gave the then-unbeaten titleholder a stern test, and his majority decision loss was fairly controversial.

The 29-year-old Huck, a Serbian-born fighter based in Germany, has gone 3-0-1 since that loss to Povetkin, drawing against Ola Afolabi, which he made up for with a win, and beating Firat Arslan twice, though the first time had its own minor controversy.
