Angelina Love granted her release from TNA wrestling

Angelina Love, an original member of TNA Wrestling’s Knockouts division, announced Sunday via Twitter that she has been granted her release from the organization.

To all my wonderful fans, just want to let you know I have been granted my release from TNA. It was completely amicable parting of ways and I want to thank TNA and all of its employees for the wonderful journey I’ve had there over the years. Now I’m on to the next amazing chapter of my life! She then re-tweeted and replied to a message of support from Velvet Sky:

I love u with all my heart, we did something so amazing with TBP and the memories from that will last forever! I cherish our friendship so much, thank you for EVERYTHING Ebud!! Love is a record-setting five-time TNA Women’s Knockout Champion and a former a one-time TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion with Winter. She works on the independent circuit as Angel Williams.

    No Kong, No Love + 1 Brooke Hogan = Crappy Knockouts Division. If the lose Gail Kim just count it as dead.

    I think Angel had gone as far as she could in TNA. It was past time for her to move on. She had previously been under a WWE developmental deal. I believe that the WWE door would defiantly be open to her now and if not she is a major name on the Canadian indie circuit and will have no problem finding work in the wrestling biz is she so desires to.

    Thanks Angelina, or Angel, and thanks impact wrestling although I think this SUCKS, it brings to mind a couple things, Angel is a very gifted athlete BUT, that doesn’t mean she’ll grace my television, witch brings me to my last point, they say believe in your favorite wrestler, well…. I do but I don’t see the point because the organizations that show them kill them off, so say thankyou wrestling, but FUCK you too! have faith so they can play God!
